Francesca (“Frankie”) Kenney has been in the legal field for over three years and recently joined the Men’s Divorce Law Firm as an Associate Attorney. Ms. Kenney strongly believes that the law is, by far, one of the most complex written rules of society and that practicing law is one of the most respected professions in the workplace. She strives to carry on the legacy of the firm’s founder, Jeffrey Feulner, and his respected practice side-by-side with Attorney Jean Moses.
With that in mind, Attorney Kenney understands that her legal experience and expertise is needed during the most difficult and emotional time in one’s life. She seeks to educate her clients on the legal system and is determined to advocate eagerly for her client’s rights, especially Husbands, Fathers, Stepfathers, and Adoptive Fathers. Ms. Kenney believes that all Husbands and Fathers should receive the representation they are entitled to while navigating the rough waters of Florida Family Court.
Attorney Kenney was born and raised in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, just like her mentor, Attorney Moses. She attended King’s College, Pennsylvania, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Language. Shortly after graduation, she moved to Florida to obtain a Juris Doctorate from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law (Florida A&M) in Orlando, FL. While pursuing her Juris Doctorate, Ms. Kenney worked full-time as a paralegal in Criminal Defense and Family Law and managed to graduate in the top 3% of her class. Ms. Kenney was inspired to join the legal field by her late aunt, Christine Trottini, who established a very successful law firm in PA. Her passing shed light on how well-liked, respected, and trusted she was as a zealous attorney for her clients.
Ms. Kenney is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Young Lawyers Section. Her greatest strength as an attorney is her ability to timely and effectively communicate with her clients. When she is not practicing law, she is soaking in the sunshine with her husband, Sean, and enjoying all the local events and activities that Central Florida offers.
