Jean Marie Moses returns after a brief hiatus to serve Of Counsel to the Men’s Divorce Law Firm.
Attorney Moses assists with all family law cases including divorce, paternity, child support, and child timesharing (custody). She strongly believes that children need a meaningful relationship with both of their parents.
Attorney Moses earned her Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University, Petit College of Law and her undergraduate degree from Fordham University, the College at Lincoln Center. While earning her degree in Journalism at Fordham, Attorney Moses was a staff writer for The Observer, authoring many articles relevant to the legal field.
While her primary focus is on family law at the Men’s Divorce Law Firm, Attorney Moses has experience in employment, real estate, consumer and criminal law. She has also gained knowledge in a number of legal settings including legal aid and the state attorney’s office. She currently serves as an attorney for Simpluris Inc. in Orlando, a national class action settlement administrator.
Attorney Moses acquired a passion for family law during a law school internship with Brevard County Legal Aid. During that time she was an active member of the Brevard County Domestic Violence Task Force and Awareness Committee. Attorney Moses remains passionate about giving back to the community and volunteers throughout the Central Florida area.
Attorney Moses will assist the Men’s Divorce Law Firm in aggressively representing husbands and fathers in Florida divorce, paternity, child custody and all family law matters.
