Jean Marie Moses was named Senior Associate Attorney in June of 2015 and has 10 years of family law experience. Attorney Moses assists with all family law cases including divorce, paternity, child support, timesharing (custody), and adoption. She strongly believes that children need a meaningful relationship with both of their parents. Attorney Moses earned her Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University, Petit College of Law and her undergraduate degree from Fordham University, the College at Lincoln Center. While earning her degree in Journalism at Fordham, Attorney Moses was a staff writer for The Observer, authoring many articles relevant to the legal field. While her primary focus is on family law at the Men’s Divorce Law Firm, Attorney Moses has experience in employment, real estate, consumer and criminal law. She has also gained knowledge in a number of legal settings including legal aid and the state attorney’s office. She also served as an attorney for a national class action settlement administrator in Orlando. Attorney Moses acquired a passion for family law during a law school internship with Brevard County Legal Aid. During that time she was an active member of the Brevard County Domestic Violence Task Force and Awareness Committee. Attorney Moses remains passionate about giving back to the community and volunteers throughout the Central Florida area.
