How do you eliminate bias against men in child custody cases?

We try to eliminate bias against men in child custody cases by looking at the time that the men spend with their children and presenting that information to the court. What we have found today is that most men are much more involved in their children’s lives and they want to continue in their children’s lives in the same way after their divorce.
