CSI Star, George Eads, Faces Bitter Divorce & Custody Battle

George Eads, most commonly known for his role as Detective Stokes on the CSI television show, is going through an ugly divorce with Monika Casey. The couple has been married for four years and they have a one year old daughter, Dylan.

Although Eads filed the divorce paperwork citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the divorce and he requested joint physical and legal custody of Dylan, Casey is asking to be awarded sole physical custody of her.

According to TMZ, Eads and Casey may also disagree on their finances. Eads alleges they have a prenuptial agreement which governs the division of their assets, but Casey’s filings do not mention it. In fact, Casey has requested spousal support be awarded to her.

Eads has been seen spending time with Dylan recently. He posted a picture of him going trick-or-treating dressed in a gorilla suit with Dylan.

The Daily Mail reports that in 2010, the CSI star told US Weekly he was excited to have finally put a ring on it: ‘I’ve been with Monika for six years. We’re best buds. She just lets me be myself and never nags.

‘I love keeping the ring on her finger to let other guys know she’s taken.’

Eads and Casey were featured in Bravo’s television show “Flipping Out” earlier this year. Jeff Lewis, design guru, had worked with them in remodeling their home for at least two years. There has been no reports on whether the remodel contributed to the breakdown of their marriage.
