The Public Defender’s office for the Ninth Judicial Circuit is reaching out to the community for donations to their annual clothing drive, taking place this Saturday, at the Orange County Courthouse.
CLOTHING DONATIONS BEING ACCEPTED:
Please bring your clean, serviceable; men, women & kids clothing to their collection point at the Orange County Courthouse on Saturday, December 18th between from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We will be located at the circular driveway at 435 N. Orange Avenue, Orlando to receive your donations and thank you for you contributions.
WHO YOU WILL HELP THIS HOLIDAY SEASON?
Professional clothing is collected to share with litigants appearing in court proceedings in the Ninth Circuit who are unable to provide their own appropriate attire and to individuals going into residential programs. Your donation will help to maintain the dignity of our court proceedings and ensure that the lack of proper attire does not affect the outcome of cases that come before the court.
NOT AVAILABLE THIS SATURDAY?
If the December 18th drop-off date is not convenient for you, or if you have donations at other times of the year, please call Bob Wesley’s office at 407-836-4806 to arrange a drop off.
To control costs, we will not be printing paper notices; instead we are relying solely on electronic media. Please help spread the word by forwarding this message to co-workers, associates & friends.
The Office of the Public Defender thanks you in advance for your donations at the holiday time and throughout the year.
Donation receipts will be provided.
Please contact the office via telephone: 407 836-4806 or via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org:
