Father's Day 2011

Father’s Day 2011

As Father’s Day approaches this weekend, on Sunday the 19th, we would like to extend our warmest wishes of a Happy Father’s Day from our families at the Men’s Divorce Law Firm to yours.

From the beginning Father’s Day was rooted in honoring the trials of fatherhood and the sacrifices fathers make for their children universally.  The holiday originated in the United States back at the turn of the century with Sonora Smart Dodd of Spokane, Washington.  Her father, a Civil War veteran, raised her and her five siblings after their mother died in childbirth.

Since then the day has turned into ties, power tools, and Hallmark Greeting Cards, but the core remains the same: an appreciation of fathers.  Even though only some of us are fathers, all of us are children.  Think back to the father figures in your life, where would you have ended up without the time they invested into your growth?

Attorney Jeffrey Feulner and the Men’s Divorce Law Firm see the invaluable place a father has in the lives of his children.  That’s why we proudly wear our motto “Fathers, Families, Fairness (SM)” and stand for Father’s Rights both inside the courtroom and out.

This Father’s Day we celebrate all the fathers in the world and in our lives who have made us who we are today.  It is our sincere hope that you can do the same with your loved ones near and far.
