Patrick Dempsey and his wife of 15 years, Jillian Fink, filed for divorce back in January. However, according to TMZ, the divorce has not been finalized and may not ever be. The couple has three children – Tallula, 13, and twins Sullivan and Darby, 8.

The couple has been seen in Paris together holding hands and strolling down the streets. Jillian is currently traveling around Europe as Jennifer Lawrence’s makeup artist for the Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2 premieres.

The former Grey’s Anatomy television star has also been working in Europe filming scenes with Renée Zellweger for Bridget Jones’ Baby in the United Kingdom.

Jillian filed for divorce almost 11 months ago and in April they were reportedly preparing to list their Frank Gehry-designed Malibu estate. However, Patrick has been working to repair the relationship. Sources have revealed that the primary issue between them has been Patrick’s passion for racing cars. His hobby would take him away from home for lengthy stretches at a time, which bothered Jillian since they have three young children still at home.

It has been reported that the couple has already reached a divorce settlement, but they are holding off on filing it with the court to see how things play out between them. Patrick still has races scheduled, so it is not clear how they intend to resolve the racing issue.
