Do I have to pay for my spouses attorney under Florida law?

In Florida, you may be required to pay for your spouse’s attorney if there’s a great imbalance between your incomes or a situation where your spouse doesn’t work at all. There would be a requirement that your spouse is able to have an equal attorney, an equal access to an attorney. So because you were the sole wage earner in the family, you would be required to pay for both your attorney and her attorney.
